is the cornerstone of our approach at Alicia.Design Collective. Each member of our team leverages specific strengths that, when combined, yield outstanding results. With years of collaboration at The RBA Group in Charlotte, North Carolina, Alicia's team comprises of highly qualified and experienced interior designers, carefully selected not only for their skillsets but also for their unique personalities.

Alicia, Christy, Morgan, and Caroline pride themselves on using both sides of their brains equally, specializing in spaces that are not only beautiful but also functionally purposeful. Their expertise spans the hospitality, multi-family, and boutique retail markets.

The Collective has moved away from the traditional architecture mindset for all renovations and interior upfits by offering the same services she and her team provided while at an architecture firm at their newly founded interior design firm in the heart of Belmont, North Carolina. Our goal is to strategically position ourselves with partners that appreciate our ability to orchestrate beautiful interior design and constructable interior architecture - all while adhering to building codes, ADA standards, life safety measures.
